5. In states like Texas, New York, California and others, they will make the paternity you pay, even after you discover Paternity Fraud. " Give us your money, or we'll take it!" and JAIL you, if you don't! Could this be involuntary servitude, a state and national constitutional violation of the 13th amendment based on fraud?
