Two kids speak against paternity fraud …

The kids speak against paternity fraud …

DNA testing for the truth : Supported by kids

As many as 1 in 3 men DNA tested annually for paternity are NOT the fathers

Listen to an interview of two young ladies that are victims of paternity fraud. In this instance, these young adults are the kids who were deceived by their mothers and are mad about it.

There are many victims of paternity fraud: Duped man, Biological father and the Kids. There is only one category of paternity fraud victims face punitive jail sentences, loss of assets, loss of business and professional license, loss of passport and other  actions – the duped man if he is currently designated as the legal father.

Both of these young ladies approve of DNA paternity testing for each kid. They say that “mothers do not think about the kids and are only concerned about herself”.  Your advocate, Carnell Smith PfV of www.PaternityFraud.com is publicly on  record  saying that “DNA Testing at birth would limit or eliminate paternity fraud and paternity mistakes”.

Unfortunately, married / divorced men who are residents of Texas, California, Delaware, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York and other states that support the marital presumption of paternity or the Uniform Parentage Act face an uphill battle against paternity fraud. There are secret time limits that many men are unaware of.

Ie. States that support the Uniform Parentage Act, generally limit paternity challenges to child’s age of 2 to 5 years old with no exceptions for fraud, material mistake of fact nor duress.

Let’s not forget about the states that support the marital presumption aka “marital assumption” that any child born while a man is married to a woman are automatically his, even when:

  • Men are proven as sterile
  • Legal DNA paternity test results are zero percent paternity
  • Husband had no access to wife during actual conception window
  • Husband is estranged or legally separated from wife
  • Wife is living with her boyfriend not her husband
  • Wife admits under oath that her boyfriend or one nighter is the child’s father

Solutions include paternity affidavits and anti-paternity fraud legislation that is equal to or superior to Georgia and Ohio.

Wife admits husband is not the father and he is unaware

A wife admits that 17 year old daughter is not her husband’s. She faked him out by providing false conception date to her new husband seventeen years ago. Could this situation of marital paternity fraud have been prevented by DNA Testing at Birth?

The wife admits she’ll never tell the truth: Click and listen

The next woman committing paternity fraud is a girlfriend (Lynn) that is engaged. Lynn is not planning to tell her fiance’ that she got drunk three years ago and got pregnant while he was out of town for two weeks.

Tom asks her “if you love him, why don’t you tell him before the marriage and let him make his own decision”? Lynn did not simply say, Ok, I’ll tell him right away.

Tom has been raising awareness of paternity fraud and the legal injustices since Carnell Smith and Attorney Marc Angelucci were on his show. These are classic cases where the truth about paternity is “knowingly and willfully withheld.

Let’s define the forms of fraud at-work:

DNA Test Dancing

DNA Test Results Could possibly Lead To Dancing or Tears

DNA Test Tango?

It is not always a pursuit of the truth that ends up in paternity research. The effects of being out of work has prompted an increasing number of men to take a DNA paternity test. The test results can reveal a shocking case of paternity fraud or a paternity mistake.

In over five years of working together with under employed and unemployed dads, there have been some interesting moments while teaching a critical thinking life skills class. The workshop was intended to educate and challenge men in choices about intimacy, love, dating and marriage. The male attendees (under employed / out of work fathers) ran the gamut from high school dropouts to college graduates and former entreprenuers.

There was a common thread among the men attending the workshop, that some regretted his selection of the opposite parent.

Perhaps it was a not so serious attitude of “enjoy the fun now” devoid of thought for the long term or consequences that resulted in the problems at hand? Maybe so, for quite a few of the men.

While other men stated reasons like:

  • The Latex Sensitivity
  • Low will power
  • Hypnotic Curves
  • Incapacitated by alcoholic beverages or substance abuse
  • Conception Inability
  • Improper handling of contraception options
  • Misuse of contraception options
  • Non-use of contraceptive options including abstinence

Some men, could have insured not becoming a parent before he was ready, willing and able to take on the role.  Regrettably, contraception choices, not even abstinence promise the health and safety of men against paternity fraud.

Paternity Fraud poses a significant problem for all those proven as not the father by Paternity testing.

The increasing list of paternity fraud victims include:

  1. Armed forces men
  2. Married but separated men
  3. Confirmed sterility
  4. Married and living together
  5. Professional athletes
  6. Business men / Entreprenuers
  7. Single men and teen boys that sign acknowledgments of paternity.

For some men, the Paternity test report shows that “you are the father” and for others “you are not the father”. It can be an occasion of dancing for joy for some while other people are deeply saddened by the news. Truthful paternity is quite important to a lot of men, especially where paternity uncertainty exists.

An extremely wise President Reagan was often quoted as saying “Trust, but verify”. It appears to be suitable when wandering or falling right into a landmine of paternity fraud.

To learn more about paternity fraud and getting a paternity test, you’ll need one sooner than you would imagine. Visit www.PaternityFraud.com and www.911DnaTest.com websites for more information.

Paternity Fraud or Paternity Mistake? That is the question!

Paternity testing at birth could have helped four people?

In this case, the answer leans heavily to yes.  This clip reveals a lack of civility by the child’s mother when one of the men acted to protect his emotional health upon learning that paternity was questionable.

Questions:

  1. Should men be able to confirm which children are their own flesh and blood when a mother says “you’re the father”?
  2. Do men understood the consequences of paternity fraud when signing a paternity acknowledgment?
  3. Is a man ever safe in signing a paternity confession before obtaining a legal paternity test?
  4. After you see the video, was it a case of paternity mistakes or was it paternity fraud?  Click on the comment link

Please warn the US military men (especially those men considering getting married because of hearing “I’m pregnant”. Also spread this news to  parents of teen sons  – it is not wise to sign any paternity documents before you have the facts via DNA.  The truth is available now.
