    I think that it is a good thing what he is doing but then again when a man or a husband ask his wife to take a DNA test to see if the child is his?

    It hurts that woman and it also goes to say that he does not trust her so he wants the test to see if the baby is his.

    I myself am with child and my biyfriend soon to be husband wants a DNA test once the baby is born. I feel like he dont trust me I am going to give it to him cause I know that the baby is his.

    but once it comes back and he has it in his hand and it says that you are the father! I will leave him!

    If you do not have trust you do not have anything at all. Now some men yes they should do the test especially if they are not in serious relationship with the person and if you don’t trust them but if you are with a woman and you are talking about marrying her how do you think that she will feel when you ask her and then it shows you are the father of that baby!

    It hurts and it hurts me so bad to the point that I know I am going to leave him!

    [Reply from Carnell Smith PfV] – A mother that is 100 per cent sure that the fiance is the biological father should not not have any problems with taking the legal paternity test. If she understood how the law in many states work to entrap and enslave men, perhaps she could assure the man’s concerns by taking the test to give him the truth.

    If there is nothing to hide, then the legal DNA test helps the accused man know the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

    I have many clients that were married that took the mother’s word and later learned that she LIED. DNA testing revealed that Pastors, Engineers, Doctors, Police, military men from every branch of service and other occupations were NOT the fathers. Truth is a good thing. John 8:32}

    We just need where to go or what to do!!! My husbands ex(childrens mother) is just now taking him to court for child support because she wants much more than what we were giving her because he is now married to me and we have a child together but out of there 3 children she is only taking him for 1 child, he has had doubts for a long time but she always told him he was the father of all 3 children he strongly believes he was trapped into the relationship for the first child who is by the mirror african american and my husband and the mother are mexican he raised all three children and has always had them on his insurance. And she has been nothing but a heartache when it comes to money and it is ruining our marraige and now that this is coming up and he wants to get DNA but we are financially straped and lost what can we do??

    [Reply from Carnell Smith PfV] – Thanks for writing to me with the paternity fraud impact to your family. Have you and your husband considered the following:
    1. You need proof of non-paternity with a legal DNA test. How important is the truth to you? If it is a priority, then raise the funds (part-time job or other) to get the necessary testing to confirm the facts. There are only two possibilities, if your husband does not have an identical twin brother that was also involved with the child’s mother … he caused the pregnancy or he did not cause the pregnancy of the ex.

    2. According to my research, there are no incentives for the courts or child support enforcement agency to assist your husband in determining the truth about paternity after an order is in place. The exception, would be where there is a statute in place that requires the court or child support enforcement agency to order a test.

    3. To be assured of impartiality, wouldn’t it be in your husband’s best interest to get his own legal DNA paternity test, asap?

    4. There are options available to recover damages after the paternity order is vacated, if the man has been proven as not the father and has an order signed by a judge overturning a previous administrative or judicial order.

    If you are interested, we offer legal DNA testing services at 4Truth Identity’s DNA Center.

    Remember this … you will get as much injustice as you will tolerate.
