Paternity Fraud is not about the money. Liar, liar.

In many states, the laws in United States work to protect the child’s mother from her personal responsibility in accurately naming the male who caused her pregnancy. No proof is required when accusing a male of causing her pregnancy.

The child support enforcement agencies and groups that support paternity fraud say “it’s not about the money”.

As a provider of the legal DNA paternity tests for court cases and private cases — I have observed mothers try to talk the men out of getting paternity tests and nearly 100% of those “the accused man is not the father”.  This includes married man, clergymen, professional athletes, engineers, producers, musicians and men from every branch of the US Armed forces. All proven by legal DNA testing as NOT the fathers of some or none of the children by wife, girlfriend or fiance.

And I have helped many children obtain financial and familial benefits by proving paternity even when the man was deceased. Some have obtained inheritance, social security, child support, maintenance, accurate family medical history and confirmed grandparents.

Wonder what the numbers would reveal if we did:

  • DNA testing at birth
  • DNA testing before divorces are finalized
  • DNA testing at the initial support hearing
  • Just because the accused male wants proof that he caused the mother’s pregnancy.

Truth and trust are important in a relationship. Both may be missing if legal paternity testing reveals that you “are NOT the father” and your best friend or cousin “is the father”. Oh yes, it happens even in 2009.

Danger, it is still “pay or go to jail” for many men in states like California, Texas, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Delaware and many others.

Paternity testing has uncovered a lot of secrets and kept some innocent men and teenagers out of jail for refusal to pay child support. While others are ordered to pay anyway. Even if you do not know the mother or child.

My suggestion to any man alleged to be the biological father is get your legal DNA test now to confirm the facts then make an informed decision about your relationship with the child’s mother. Yes, that includes married men. For more information see http://www.paternityfraud.com/paternity-fraud-facts-revealed.html
