It proves that grass roots advocacy, determination, your hard work and expert consulting from US Citizens Against Paternity Fraud – US-CAPF team (Robert Parker Jr, LL.B, Carnell Smith PfV) can reform the Delaware system to address paternity fraud and establish Truth-In-Paternity laws for everyone.

Congratulations on working with Senator Ennis, Roger Hall, Jennifer Hall, Logan Anderson, DE Family Law Commission, DE News Media and many others to turn this bill around. It should be officially named the Nathaniel Act that corrects Paternity Fraud for the people previously trapped under a DE child support order of paternity fraud.
