So, who did? If I were a gambler, I’d bet the farm that someone knows who the father is. Just ask the ex-wife.

Congratulations of the additional exposure of paternity fraud, I am uncertain of what it will take to force change, other then abolishing the federal funding. When so much money is dangling and free for the taking by enslaving innocent men, this will be a never-ending battle.
Your accomplishments in Georgia with legislation and laws are a step forward in the right direction, as many recognize it is no fix for the problem, the judge and time span has way to many parameters.
When a law leaves so much discretion up to the judge, we remain at the mercy of the court and one mans opinion. The steaks are high; each state is operating off these federal dollars and has come accustomed to receiving them to offset the state budgets.
With the economy in the present state, there could be no worse time to be trying to fight this battle; the federal incentives across the board are playing a huge roll with each state and there directives.
