Nebraska supports marital paternity fraud — refused appeal

Marital paternity fraud is only one of the four ways …

And yet another marital paternity fraud victim makes the news after unsuccessful attempt to appeal lower court ruling. This time the injustice occurs in Nebraska with same results as Texas, California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and others where state interests trump civil rights and involuntary servitude.

Try asking the man in the story, how did it feel learning that your ex-wife cheated on you, got pregnant by her boyfriend while married to you and the Nebraska courts say “it’s your fault for not discovering the swindle at the time of the divorce”?

Huh? That makes no sense and totally defies logic. Essentially that is what happened when the NE Supreme Court refused to vacate the child support order against a confirmed paternity fraud victim. The paternity fraud victim was denied justice using the rubber stamp response “res judicata”.

This is a typical response of the judiciary to maintain the chains of state’s best interest on the duped dad.  It is fairly easy to see the conflict where the high court went to great length’s to protect the ex-wife from her own personal responsibility.

Why not correct the mistake or fraud whether accidental or deliberate upon discovery? Read the story and see how much money the ex-wife obtained from the paternity fraud victim.

He also argued that he had evidence of Lavanda’s fraud and that she was aware that  the truepaternity of his daughter before the court, but did not.

We have to add Nebraska to the list of states that support marital paternity fraud. I guess that leaves no choice for married men except to get a legal DNA paternity test then make an informed decision.

Interesting facts about paternity:

  • Dr. Jeanette Papp, director of genotyping and sequencing in the University of California at Los Angeles department of human genetics is of the opinion that 15% of children born in the Western world are victims of paternity fraud.
  • Between 30 and 50 per cent of women cheat on their partners, compared with 50 to 80 per cent of men, according to Dr. Judith Eve Lipton, a psychiatrist with the Swedish Medical Center in Washington D.C. who, in 2001, co-wrote The Myth of Monogamy: Fidelity and Infidelity in Animals and People with her husband, David P. Barash Ph.D.  Other statistics place this number at approximately equal for the two sexes, at approximately 60%.
  • A self-reporting national poll of 5,000 women in Scotland conducted in 2004 concluded that half of the women said that if they became pregnant by another man but wanted to stay with their partner, they would lie about the baby’s real father.
